1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to SaveHawk. By using the service after these terms become effective, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use SaveHawk.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you live.
2. What SaveHawk provides
SaveHawk uses automated systems to analyze visible sale-presentation patterns in submitted images. The service may identify discount framing, urgency, scarcity cues, visual emphasis, and visible missing context.
SaveHawk does not verify historical prices, authenticate products, inspect merchants, determine legality, guarantee savings, or provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice.
3. Accounts and security
If an account is offered, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where law provides otherwise.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SaveHawk a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content. Do not upload illegal content, confidential information you lack authority to share, sensitive personal data, payment credentials, malicious files, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use SaveHawk to harass, defame, discriminate against, or make unsupported accusations about a person or business.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass limits, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer protected components, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not present an AI output as verified fact, legal finding, merchant certification, or evidence of fraud.
- Do not use the service for high-impact automated decisions about another person.
6. AI outputs and your responsibility
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or inappropriate. Similar images may produce different results. You must review outputs and independently verify important information before relying on them.
You remain responsible for purchase decisions, public statements, disputes with merchants, and any content you create or share using an output.
7. Paid features
Pricing is not yet published. Before any purchase, SaveHawk will disclose the price, billing interval, included features, renewal terms, cancellation method, and material restrictions required by law and the applicable app store.
App-store purchases are also governed by the store’s terms. Refund rights vary by store and law. No paid term in this draft authorizes a charge.
8. Third-party services and affiliate links
SaveHawk may rely on or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. SaveHawk is not responsible for third-party content, availability, products, or transactions.
Some links may be affiliate links. SaveHawk may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the displayed price to you. Affiliate compensation does not convert an AI output into a verified endorsement.
9. SaveHawk rights
The service, branding, software, designs, and non-user content are owned by SaveHawk or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, nontransferable license to use the released application for its intended purpose.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. SaveHawk may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, nonpayment, or material breach. Where practical and required, notice will be provided.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveHawk is provided “as is” and “as available.” SaveHawk disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Liability
A final limitation-of-liability clause, any monetary cap, governing law, venue, arbitration provision, and class-action waiver require explicit operator and legal approval before these terms become effective. This draft intentionally does not impose them.
Nothing will limit liability where limitation is prohibited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
